THE CHEF

Hi, I’m Lisa. I graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts in 2010 but I knew long before then, baking was my future.  Growing up in a house where food was at the center of every gathering helped build a passion in me that will last a life time. Whether it was watching my Abuela and my Mom in the kitchen whipping up enough food to feed an army or intently listening and memorizing as my aunt pulled out her cookbook to teach me her go to chocolate chip cookie recipe, I always knew cooking and baking were going to be a huge part of my life.  

 

After years of letting my passion be my hobby, I finally decided it was time for me to go for it and make baking my full time job!  This is something I have been working towards for as long as I can remember and I could not be more excited to pursue my dream.

THE BAKERY

Lisa's Baked Sweets is a from scratch home bakery that began in March 2017. Formally Baked St. Louis. We have been known in the area to provide delicious baked sweets for all occasions. We have also dedicated endless hours educating ourselves on food allergies and building recipes to accommodate the eight major allergens.
